French - EPG Marking

Hi,

Does anyone know if EPG "running status" for accurate recordings is supported on french channels ?

Despite my configuration in the latest build I can't manage to have this functionality working. Is there a way to debug or check the EIT tables ?

Add +eit to both fields in the debug tab & set an output file, trigger a recording, you should see "epg marking stop/start" or something along those lines.

Thanks, unfortunately, no signs of "ep marking start/stop" in the debug log before a recording :(

Does this mean that the channels does not transmit the "running status parameter" or just that tvheadend is not interpreting them ?

About the confguration, I only check the "Use EPG running status" on each channel and on the "default recording profile". Is that a correct configuration ?

Yes, you can set it for both, if it's defined per channel Tvheadend will check the value set there if not it'll use whatever the profile is set to.

To properly tell if your broadcasts have EITpf you could get a standard DVR box and see if that supports it, in fact you could just look online at the available boxes and see if any mention it, if they do open a ticket here and upload a mux sample.
