Problem with recordings stopped before end time

I'm using tvheadend several days now and I'm totally impressed of this 
really flexible and good configural backend.

But I have found one issue I don't know to handle.
Some recordings are stopped before the scheduled end time. But the recording is not placed in failed recording's folder. So tvheadend doesn't even know that there was a problem.

Does anybody know this problem?

I'm using: "HTS Tvheadend 4.0.8 ~ OpenELEC Tvh-addon v6.0.3" on a 
raspberry pi 2 with kodi 6.0.1

Hello,

I'm having exact the same problem as you describe.

Unfortunately I haven't yet found a solution, and the strang is that, it's not all of my recordings who stops in the middle.
I'm using the nightly build from GitHub, just updated some days ago, but had this problem for a longtime.

I have no problem with streaming to my xbmc, just the recordings

So any suggestions would be appreciated:-)

Hello,

I found out the problem after I activated the debugging.

It was not a problem of recording, it was a problem of writing data to my storage. Due to format of Fat32 the maximum file size is approx. 4GB. So, after I formatted the storage to NTFS file system format I have no problems anymore.

Hello Sven,

All my drives are EXT4, so this wasn't the problem. Afterward i have changed my tuner, and now the problem is gone, maybe there were something with the driver or firmware, don't know.

But everything is working great now :)
