Can anyone recommend a Sat>IP sever
Added by steve parry almost 9 years ago
Hey all,
I'm looking at getting rid of my tv server and virtualising it on my BIG server I have. So i was looking into buy a Sat>Ip server.
I was just wondering what actual devices people use.
- Octopus NET (seem expensive)
- Telestar DIGIBIT R 1 HD
- Inverto Airscreen Server IDL 400s
I need it to work with my newcamd setup so I expect it to be something like Sat>Ip > Tvheadend (with newcamd config)
Cheers

Most SAT>IP Servers are based (clones really) on the IDL 400 you've listed (Octopus being the exception).

Thanks for the info, ive just come across the satip-axe firmware fix. So I was just wondering if they all work with the newcamd settings in tvheadend?
