SOLVED:free space for recordings

I have a tvheadend running on a raspberry. I have configured the backend to record tv programs on an external hard disk with 1 TB of free space, however, openelec only use 400 Mb of this space (thos does not happen when using the SD). Any suggestion to solve this problem?

400Mb, or 400Gb? What filesystem are you using?

Unfortunately 400 Mb. I'm using Openelec with XBMC and the external disk is formatted in EXT2.

SOLVED: I had an external hard disk and a pendrive attached to the raspberry. The problem was that when I turned off and on the raspberry the assigned device was changed (sda1 was no more the external hard disk)
