Hallo is there a chance to implementat Live TV in Website because for LED Ticker Licke Movie4K
how can i Implementat VLC in a web Site with Play Menue
and can Tvheadend Transcode vor slow DLS line

Try this, assuming your TVH is already set up:

Start TVH and log into the admin web interface (on 9981)
Go to Configuration -> Channel/EPG
Now click the Play link on the left of any channel

Did that work? Did you get live video in your web browser? If so, cut and paste that link into your own web page and you should be able to figure it out from there.
