Recording stops to early ans starts to late

Is there a change made in one of the latest releases that starts recordings to late or stops recording to early?

I have specified in the recording rule that a recording should start 5 minutes before start time and stop 15 minutes after stop time but this is not happening anymore.

If your provider broadcasts EITpf A.K.A accurate recordings, your programmes should record fine provided the broadcaster sends the flags correctly, if not disable "Use EPG Running State" in the DVR config.

Thanks, I have to disable this to get the desired behavior.
