Video stream from dvb-s card is somehow deformed, strange lines on the screen are visible.

Hello,
I have TechniSat SkyStar USB 2 HD CI dvb-s card, it's fully working after adaptation to raspbian, I've noticed that video output has strange lines on the screen, especially football/news programmes (see in attach). It's not a tvheadend nor kodi issue, because on original technisat windows app the same issue is visible, do you guys have similar kind of video processing issues with your dvb-s cards? I assume that it's inside MPEG TS stream, it's not a decoder bug (h264), because kodi hasn't got these lines in mkv or any other files. I have another dvb-s tuner to compare, but it's not usb kind, just standalone ADB-5800 with built-in video decoder and hdmi, issue isn't seen there, no lines are visible.
Question is if this technisat card is simply poor quality and do I have to buy better dvb-s card, or is it MPEG TS stream "feature" in dvb-app kind of dvb-s reveicers? Pictures from the screen attached.

The tuner (in this case the Technisat) does not have anything to do with the output it receives, that is all down to whatever you're using to view the service.
All I can think of from seeing those screenshots is interlacing, This article from Handbrake should explain it.

Ok, It's Interlacing, that's the issue, I have it off in Kodi, I'll try to set deinterlacing and maybe eliminate it on several channels.. Thanks Mark!
