Channel frequencies

With all the recent frequency updated i have lost a lot of channels so i have been trying to update them but i can't seem to be able to do it, so does anyone know how i can update the frequencies without losing my channel list and having to start from scratch, I can see the frequency but i just can find how to update it, any help would be much appreciated.

and will that update the channel frequencies of the channel list that i have?
