Duplicating services

Submitting muxes IPTV in services there 25 duplicates, leading to obscure channels (IPTV muxes - unicast).

the problem is duplication of services related to the fact, that the main stream of video and audio IPTVs operator transmits a TV program as separate codecs.
is it possible to somehow correct settings?
