Services number wont stop increasing and duplicating

Hi Everybody

I setup Tvheadend on MOIPRO (software version 2.0.7) from TBSDTV with two DVBS card TBS6983.
I have 3 dish oriented resppectively : 7EutelSat/Nilesat , Astra19, Hotbird 13

The config is for every LNB, 4 port switch. The switcher is TELEtek Multiswitch TS-1708.

I ve configured only 16 muxes (only on 7Eutelsat/Nilesat). I dont use the others now. Only 24 channels are mapped.

Network Discovery : Disabled. Skip Initial scan : Enabled in the Network setup.
In the Tv Adapters setup:
Initial scan : disabled / Idle Scan : disabled
In the 4 port switch :
Tune before DiseqC : Enabled / DiseqC repeats : 0 / Full DiseqC : Enabled

The Issue :

On the first time I setup tvheadend and do the scan, I found only about 300 services. each service is unique on determined frequency.
After 3 days of watching TV and switching between channel, the number of services increased to 2200 services and also i have up to 4 duplicates per services each of them on a different frequency.

I need to fix this please. Any help will be appreciated.

Make sure that you don't have "Update channel name" & "Update channel number" enabled in Config -> Channel / EPG -> EPG Grabber.

You may also want to ask TBS to update their software as that version is extremely out of date (you can tell by the tabs).

Also, not sure what the screen shot 1 is supposed to be showing either.

Probably the TBS driver !? I have been in contact with TBS and have their latest driver (May something) but still the same problem. Right now I don't see how to solve it. It is very annoying with all these false services...But since many uses the TBS cards it should be general problem for many ?

You may want to send a message (or open an issue) to ljalves on github & see if he can write a better driver for your card? My TBS5922 is actually usable now, I had nothing but problems with the TBS drivers (slow tuning, hanging of Tvheadend, etc).

I'm surprised TBS haven't tried to reproduce your problem to try and find out what the problem is in their driver!

I disabled "Update channel name" & "Update channel number"

for the tvheadend version, it s not mentionned on the Tvheadend web interface. I think because it s special version from TBS.
The version of the MOIPRO is the latest one : V1.0.0.7 and not as mentionned in my post 2.0.7. it was an error from my side.
