install epg and channels

Hi guys,

I need your help. I'm trying to install the epg and channels on tvheadend server, but it will not add the channels with the epg.

Can you give me some tips how i can install the epg and channels in a proper way?

You have the internal grabber disabled, so you're not going to use any of the XMLTV settings.

You're relying on EIT (OTA EPG), then... I'd simply make sure that I have all of the correct mux/channel definitions as a starting point - have you added all of these? Are they working, can you watch live TV from a link?

AFAIK, there are broadly two ways to encode the EPG over-the-air: you can broadcast it on a single carrier/mux, or you can carry information (e.g. now/next) on every mux. What you need depends on your carrier, provider(s), etc. - but having all muxes and channels defined and available should solve that problem either way.
