Tvheadend

I try to understand the streaming profile function. Following works perfect:

http://server:9981/stream/channelnumber/1?profile=webtv-h264-aac-mpegts

But when I try

http://user:password@server:9981/stream/channelnumber/1

with the "user" that has the streaming profile "webtv-h264-aac-mpegts" it doesn't trancode, why ?

I can see that username "user" logs in but no transcode.
