transcoding variable transcoding.c

It seems that the transcoding variable in transcoding.c is removed, is it so that transcoding is enabled by default now?

So its just to setup some rules in the gui and your ready to rock? What about libavutil, ffmpeg etc?

It's not enabled by default I think, you have to pass --enable-libffmpeg_static to ./configure or if you use the autobuild script.

AUTOBUILD_CONFIGURE_EXTRA=--enable-libffmpeg_static ./Autobuild.sh

What about compiling the nightly builds with this options. I do use the ready debian built .dpk from the apt repository. It would have been nice to have it same way with transcoding,

as i understand it you need to compile it yourself to use transcoding options.
any reasons its a build option and not enabled by default?

I enabled the libffmpeg_static but still dont get the transcoding option. Any ideas?

I configured it like this after pulling the latest git :
sudo ./configure --enable-dvbcsa --enable-kqueue --enable-ccache --enable-libffmpeg_static

What are you looking for? There is no 'transcoding option' any more - you simply set up a profile and specify that in the URL... the option to enable transcoding in the web interface is no more...

Where can we find information how to set up this "profile" for transcoding? I have currently 3 profiles only...
