Who knows how to tell if a channel is encrypted

I'm writing a channel organiser app. I've figured out all the config files and how they relate, apart from how to tell if a service/channel is encrypted.
Can anyone tell me.

I'm writing my app against the latest development code.

Figured it out, its the flag in the stream array inside the mux files. if its CA.

Read the source code. DOH!
