Tvheadend

I really like the look of this as a replacement for the EPG. I've downloaded it, and although it will show me upcoming recordings set up in the original EPG there is no data on channels or programs in listings, and timeline is a blank page.

I'm running this on a Ubuntu 12.04 headless server with Tvheadend 3.9.438~gd328f74

Any ideas please?
