After 1 day all recording attempts state 'missed time'

I have setup Tvheadend on a Synology 413J with a Avermedia Volar Green usb tuner. In Synology video station it works fine but within 2 days in Tvheadend it stops working. If I then open Video Station it is still fine.

Tuner not in use with anything else and if I delete and reinstall Tvheadend it is fine for the next day (but fails the day following).

I have the unit setup to turn off through the night and back on in the morning but not hibernation. I thought it might be an initialisation issue but as Video Station still works that can't be the case.

Any ideas?

Is the actual system time in line with what you expect?
