Astrometa DVB-C scan no data, failed on ubuntu but work fine on libreelec

Hi,
I have bought this adapter and on ubuntu 20.4 give me error scan no data, but on libreelec works fine.
I have put the firmware on /lib/firmware/dvb-demod-mn88473-01.fw and i have do media_build (it's necessarily build media?)
After many experience i don't succesfully put work on this dvb-c works on ubuntu

badly Realtek + tuner + cheep is not good solution.

I'll will not recomend any USB because of contruction and size,
they overheat also some boards have problems with USB.
