Unable to open local m3u file

Attached I have put a capture.
I am unable to force a local file to be found. What ma I doing wrong?

The message is pretty unambiguous - /storage/videos/1.m3u can't be opened by tvheadend.
Likely the file specified either doesn't exist, or has permissions that prevent tvheadend from opening it.

Hi, Saen, Hiro
As you can see in the capture, The putty session lists 1.m3u in the right folder with all the proper permissions (RW for everybody)
That's is what makes me going nuts. Is a LOCAL file with all the permissions... Why TVHE is being unable to find it?

From your screenshot it seems the name of your file in the terminal window is "1.m3u8"

Sure, but the problem is previous, seeing the message "no such file or directory".
