How to close the connection up to an only hostname
Added by David * over 6 years ago
Hi all, I wonder if we can close an user connection to a playlist just from an only hostname. We can allow/deny local IP but could we put an only hostname to allow access to it to a playlist or channel tag? I want to define inside the tvh as we can define on iptables, but on iptables we define the port too, so it is not usual to open a port by user, I think.
Is it possible to limit the connection to a hostname as we do with IP's to an user inside TVH config ??
Thanks in advance

but the clue question was how to use a hostname as an only destination of a TVH playlist connection. I think I will open some other ports to just an user, and limit them by iptables... if there is not any idea... I dont have anymore idea
