Incomplete records around midnight
Added by Renato Moscardini about 8 years ago
Hello all,
It is the second time I am facing to this issue. No problems with other time codes or channels.
As you can see on screen capture, all seems ok.
And it is the case for the first 3 records. But for the two last ones, there are incomplete, as you can see at the file size.
These two incomplete records are nevertheless marked as "correctly recorded" (no missing signal).
Looking deeper, it apears, or at least it seems that tvheadend stop recording just at midnight. It laks about 25 min on the first incomplete record and there is only 1 min record on the second.
Is there some wrong setting causing tvheadend to stop recording at 00:00:00 or at 23:59:59 ?
Note I use Tvheadend-Testing 4.1.2190

I tried to move EPG pgrade supposing that was the cause of this behaviour -> but ne chance
Yesterday same issu Tvheadend stopped recorig at 0:00, why ?
This time two épisodes were uncomplete, one from France A2 and 2nd from Switzerland UN channel.
So I can take away the option of channel issue.

Something more,
It seems the recording engine crashed, no way to read from TV anymore. The usual solution is to restart all the NAS.
But this time I will try to restart only the suntek driver. In order to seen if it is a driver issue.
