Ubuntu setup fails

I'm trying and failing to install tvheadend on the current version of
Ubuntu. I've tried the workarounds in earlier posts on this forum but it still fails. I'm running Ubuntu on a i386 based PC.
Any recommendations?

The same for me. Its can not fetch from dl.bintray :(

i386 is not supported in bintray
