This is for tvheadend 3.9:
I have a 17/8 in use, except I do not use the terrestrial port.
First you go to Networks and you define the orbital positions that your LNBs are looking at. 4 LNBs means 4 networks. You should use a pre-defined mux for your first attempts.
For each of the adapters that tvheadend automatically finds, you specify a satconfig "4-port switch." in the TV adapters tab.
Then go into "4-port switch" entries (for each adapter) and select the network name for each diseqc code: AA=LNB1, AB=LNB2, etc.
In older versions you would now have to restart tvheadend for the initial mux scan to start. Last time I did a manual scan was in June.
I do not know/care how to add the terrestrial port.
