Raspberry Pi + XBMC (Openelec, Xbian or Raspbmc) = Black screen on all channels
Added by S W almost 12 years ago
Hi
There seems to be a bug with the Tvheadend XBMC PVR addon (prevalent on all raspberry pi XBMC distros) which results in a black screen/no picture when any channel is selected.
The problem has been discussed at length in the following forums but as yet no one has found a solution:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=148646&page=7
http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=23243
I thought I'd post a topic here just in case anyone has a fix for it?
Thanks

RE: Raspberry Pi + XBMC (Openelec, Xbian or Raspbmc) = Black screen on all channels - Added by Roland Rohde over 11 years ago
Same problem here.
The funny thing is that it worked perfectly in some of the older XBMc nightlies, but no longer worked in the newer nightlies or the Frodo final.
It also works fine on Android btw...so it's noa problem for the entire ARM platform...
Please fix this if at all possible, apart from this problem everything now works perfectly on Raspberry Pi with XBMC.
Thanks.
