Troubleshooting help - particular channel working perfectly in HDHOMERUN configuration utility but now playing in XBMC frontend

Hi I am using HDHOMERUN as backend tuner. My setup is as follows:

1. OPENELEC server with TVHEADEND for all OTC TV
2. Front end is XBMC
3. All the connections are WIRED CAT 6

All the channels plays perfectly well except for ABC channel. Interestingly if I view the same channel using HDHOMERUN configuration utility it plays flawlessly and signal is 100%. Hence i know the reception is wonderful. But for some reason this does not play in XBMC front end. However, I can hear the sound no video. FYI, CBC HD channels play very well so does FOX HD.

Are there any tweaking I must do for this channel IN http://192.168.1.46:9981/extjs.html?? BTW this is HD. Any help to troubleshoot would be welcome.
