Could someone please tell me what this means?

Alternatively, is it possible to pay someone to make this work - is there a commercial version that I can buy? Or an alternative I can buy? I'm using HTS Tvheadend 3.9.2182~gbd20a53 on OpenELEC with Kodi 14.0 on a RPi. Previously worked perfectly, now it is a mess.
