Dvbcard with built in CI-module
Added by Fredrik H over 13 years ago
I use a DVB-C card: Technotrend C-1500 with the CI-module that comes with the card.
I was thinking och trying Tvheadend but it didnt work with the scrambled channels. It works with the CI-module and a card with Mythtv.
Does Tvheadend only work with a external cardreader and not with the built in cardreader on the Dvb-card?

Correct, at the moment there is no support for hardware CI modules in tvheadend. (but if you need this, we are more then happy to accept patches to add this. Maybe the implementation from dvblast could be used as a basis)
