did you execute apt policy xmltv from a command line interface?
that screen shot has nothing to do with the command

I expected the missing sections to reappear

But still nothing about "XMLTV: XML file grabber", "XMLTV: XMLTV URL grabber" and "XMLTV: WebGrab+Plus XML file grabber" !

I used "Tvheadend" only in "Docker" everything is pre-installed, this is not the case on "Debian".

It's good I was able to get the EPGs of the existing grabbs, but what about "XMLTV: XML file grabber", "XMLTV: XMLTV URL grabber" and "XMLTV: WebGrab+Plus XML file grabber" ?
