Channel icon not updated

When using XMLTV the channel icon is not updated even tho I have the option in Tvheadend checked.
This is an example of a channel in the .xmltv:

<channel id="kunskapskanalen.svt.se">
<display-name lang="sv">Kunskapskanalen</display-name>

<icon src="http://xmltv.se/chanlogos/kunskapskanalen.svt.se.png"/>
</channel>

HTS Tvheadend version 3.9.990~g3f94def

Could you explain us how did you set up your .xmltv file?

Installed XMLTV 0.5.65.
#tv_grab_se_tvzon > tv_grab_se_tvzon.xmltv
Moved the file to ~/.xmltv/tv_grab_se_tvzon.xmltv
In Tvheadend I removed external and over the air grabbers.
Selected the internal grabber "XMLTV: Sweden (TVZon)"
Restarted Tvheadend.
