channel tags

Hi,
I added 3 channel tags and I want to see my groups of channels by this URL: http://IP:9981/playlist/tags
the point is that i can see groups of channels and play them in VLC and tvhclient, but I can't play it in GSE IPTV or Ott player. actually it shows my tags( groups of channels) but it doesn't play any channel.it says "can not open url"
I searched every where,but find nothing.please help me

I heard using a safe VPN with it, mostly unblocks any URL which is geo-restricted. My suggestion is to go for a free VPN and try if it works, than get a paid VPN.

Free VPNs are unsafe to use.
