Description

The freesat "England" bouquets from 11425H are found in Bouquets list, but they do not auto-map to channels when enabled.

The "BSkyB" bouquet do automap OK as expected.

I noticed that the source for the BSkyB bouquets appears as:
dvb-bskyb://dvbs,28.2E,1000,1

But the source for the Freesat "England" bouquets appears to be corrupted: instead of 28.2E (as expected), there is a number 214748364.7E which happens to be 0xCCCCCCC in hex. Maybe because of this they do not auto-map?
dvb-freesat://dvbs,214748364.7E,0118,1

The screenshot shows the BSkyB "28.2E" bouquet mapping (Services = Services seen), but the Freesat bouquets wit the corrupted orbital position are shown not mapping (Services = 0)
