IPTV Buffer Settings

Description
First off, let me start by saying as a long time kodi/IPTV Simple user that has just converted to TVH, what a great bit of software this is. Massively configurable and relatively straight forward to setup 
I am using an IPTV service via m3u that seems touch unreliable, and when playing live TV will sometimes buffer, which freezes and becomes a little annoying.
If I record the show and playback that recording after a short period, the stream appears (with somewhat limited testing) to be very reliable.
Is it possible to set a larger buffer within TVH to alleviate the problem?

Anyway, this issue could be converted to a feature request: add a setting in the IPTV config to define the incoming buffer size.
