Can't tune DVB-T usb sticks with aarch64 kernel

Description
I'm getting errors when trying to do a first scan with the latest master version of TVHeadend. Running on Ubuntu on an oDroid N2 - aarch64 architecture. Ive tried two USB sticks and get the same results. When setting up the tuner and forcing a first scan, all muxes fail with:
