Description

After the update to 143e5b12, having multiple subscriptions on the same mux results in zero bandwidth.
A switch back to my previous version (b1805bc70) made this possible again.

Note: I have limited max PIDs to 12 and PID length to 100 due to issues with my dish (SELFSAT>IP GSS4P).

I already reported that https://tvheadend.org/issues/5544#note-15

There is something wrong with the SETUP command when requesting PIDs
