Description
I recently found that tvh worngly reports the type and sample rate of incoming AAC stream.
As stated in the log, it says the audio is LATM and 96KHz

2018-12-02 13:20:04.433 [ INFO]:dvr: 2 AAC-LATM 96000 ?
but it's actually ADTS and 48KHz. (reported by MediaInfo, agrees with VLC, PotPlayer, and VideoRedo)

Transcoding the video isn't working too; resulting as no audio stream, both on recording or watching (streaming).
Only I can hear and record the audio when pass profile has been chosen.
I'll attach both the passed and transcoded recordings soon.
