Another Date / Time display consistency flaw on Main screen of TVH when change Date/Time-Formats in Base config page

Description

This is another Date / Time display consistency flaw is similar to #5292.

It occurs on Tvheadend's main screen in the upper right corner where the wall clock is ticking.

Just a cosmetical thing, but to be noted (and fixed), when the display of date and time entries has been changed in Tvheadend's base configuration sheet.

This is generated by javascript not the server. Not sure how this'll be fixed but it shouldn't be too hard I don't think.
