Upload the output .TS stream for analysis.

It seems that the descrambling keys are fake, thus the content is descrambled incorrectly. Are you sure that the keys are correct (did you try this source on another device?).

Yes, I have tried also browsing through astra ( https://cesbo.com/en/astra/ ) and a channel was opened correctly

Do you see anything about used keys in the astra software? You may also try to upload log from tvh: --trace descrambler,capmt,cwc : https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Traces , but it seems that tvh is using the provided keys, if you don't see errors...
