Unconfirmed, checkbox on:

$ grep tidy_name /tmp/tvheadend.log
2018-03-20 10:19:09.409 [  DEBUG]:service-mapper: S16.0E/11554H/24Kitchen HD: generated tidy_name [24Kitchen] from [24Kitchen HD]

checkbox off:

$ grep tidy_name /tmp/tvheadend.log
2018-03-20 10:19:09.409 [  DEBUG]:service-mapper: S16.0E/11554H/24Kitchen HD: generated tidy_name [24Kitchen] from [24Kitchen HD]

So the tidy name code is skipped.

This settings is in the bouquet config - 'Channel mapping options' column. Uncheck 'Tidy channel name' (it is off by default).

confirmed here too.

In my installation this only happens if the "Check availability" is activated.

Then, the Station name tidy function is always active and applied. The bug must be found somewhere in the "check availability" funktion of the code.

I am not the creator of the bug message. You find the logs above. Or try it out, it's described precisely enough. I even told you where in the code the bug is located.

In my Bug Ticket, I have already told you, that I am using the current version (4.3-2069~gc9a156a25). When you move my ticket and delete this information, it's not my problem. Bugs in your software are not my problem too, so you should be happy, that people help you with your things. Be friendly to them.

Merry Christmas.
