Descrambling problem?

Description
I am reporting a strange problem.
I describe what happened:
1- I open the channel, after 3 seconds the information of ecm appears as received in the "Descramble" box of tvheadend.
2018/02/20 21:04:58 7F8870F1 c (ecm) dvbapi (0100@004106/0E00/76CA/64:6D13CD85097600DD88BB4F99D08D80C9): found (3310 ms) by T 2018/02/20 21:04:58 7F8870F1 c (ecm) dvbapi (1810@000000/0000/76CA/8E:1877B1ACACCA0D01A75497225BAAC409): found (3355 ms) by T
2- The channel remains unopened (undecrypted) until after approximately 3-5 seconds, keeping the same ecm message and latency.
3- The panel shows an error of "cannot decode packets"
4- Without changing the current key at all (it remains the same on tvheadend webui), (there are still about 4s for the next), the channel opens instantly normally and the decryption continues without issue.
Look this video uploaded from me (from second 9 or so, when openning "Comedy Central") that is what i am reporting here. https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=eMBry_xkric

Don't say you don't have local card
No, but without having an ecm update (then imposible that ecm was wrong) from not opening to opening channel.
It does not ocurrs always, just sometimes.

With 800+ms lag anything is possible, 1200+ ... better change provider.

It seems that there's a little bug where ECM is too late (or received after key change). Could you enable DEBUG2 in src/descrambler/descrambler.c and show the logs again (only from tvh) for only one service (when the bug appears) ?

Tell me if I have correctly activated the debug2, I think yes

Does it work?
I think so, I have not much time to try, but what little I have test it didnt fail. If I detect something else, I'll tell you.
I think it is fixed.

You can close this, the problem I'm talking about is fixed in this case.
