I've tried via apt-get or running a linuxserver docker container. When I follow the same steps as with 4.2 to setup an iptv auto network with my m3u files the service just quits responding during the service scan.

Updated by Try turning off the "Use A/V" library for the network.

That seemed to fix it. I'm guessing that with that unchecked it will behave like 4.2 in this regard.
