I have use 'git bisect' and since commit #ff77707 the iptv scan is failing for me.

With #8de20df all muxes are scans ok, but in ff77707 only a few channels show as 'scan complete', the rest show as 'scan no data, failed'.

I have done some test, when you start tvheadend you can suscribe to a channel and see it (TEN in this case), but when close it and try to open a new one you get "service instance is bad, reason: No input detected".

If you try to see the last working channel (TEN), now you get the same warning and you can't see it.
