Bug #4722
Regional settings not completely adhered to
0%
Description
When installing Tvheadend and running the wizard, the first thing it asks is for some regional info. As I'm in the UK, I picked the GB settings, but on various screens the date defaults to US format.
Please follow regional settings throughout.

it's your PC regional settings or browser problem.
Interesting. My regional settings and browser (Chromium) are both set to British. I've just tried on Firefox and that actually does display correctly.
Digging a bit deeper, I looked at Linux Mint's language settings, and while it also shows that I'm set to English United Kingdom, it also shows that not all locale settings are fully installed and has various other English language settings partially installed.
I've just removed all the others and made sure the United Kingdom entry is FULLY installed and now Chromium is showing the date correctly.
Thank you.

Thanks, but priority in Chromium is already English British first and English second which is why I originally assumed it was a bug in Tvheadend
