Description

1) Let's have a file /home/kodi/TV/TA3.m3u containing % character in URL: ======================
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:0,TA3
http://e8.gts.livebox.cz:80/ta3/1.smil/playlist.m3u8?auth=_any_%7C1509964867%7C6a297cfd3bc8bec9d993e9d02e30d2879f6c900b ======================
2) Let's load m3u file via Configuration->DVB Inputs->Networks->Add, where Type=Automatic Network, and where in an URL field is inserted: file:///home/kodi/TV/TA3.m3u
3) Checking Configuration->DVB Inputs->Muxes->TA3 we see in an URL field is just question mark: ?
4) As a temporary workaround:
4.1) I can insert manually in Configuration->DVB Inputs->Muxes->TA3->URL: http://e8.gts.livebox.cz:80/ta3/1.smil/playlist.m3u8?auth=_any_%7C1509964867%7C6a297cfd3bc8bec9d993e9d02e30d2879f6c900b
4.2) Saving updated URL field works. Mux is then successfully verified and works
