Have a crash in opentv-skyuk

This started happening a few days ago. I've tried clearing down the EPG database file but no change.

Running on Ubuntu zesty
I've added -D to /etc/defaults/tvheadend but there is no /var/crash folder so I'm not sure where the core dump file is located

It's always nice to know you're not the only one.

I'd like to attach a short TS dump in case there is an issue with the data being transmitted by the broadcaster but I can't figure out how to do that with tvh/linux.
