Description

hello, i'm using tvheadend with latest kodi on ubuntu, and dont know if tvheadend is used on other kodi like systems, but when watching tv and choose about TV option i dont have all information such as:
decrypt always is unkown (FFFF)
-BER and UNC always is 00000000
-SNR always is 0%

is it bug in tvheadend that not send information to kodi or its kodi bug ?

one more problem is EPG, for some channels i must manualy scan epg to show guide, but after some hours or reboot it dissaper and must manualy scan again, for few muxes epg not showing at all :/ like 11075 in hotbird 13E - few weeks ago epg works in 11075

I'm afraid you're not giving enough information.
- if you log in tvheadend web interface do you see the information that you miss from kodi?
- what tuner are you using (USB, SAT>IP, ...)
- 11075 seems to be an encrypted mux, can your system decrypt it?
- what is the frequency (time) you set for EPG scans?

Also check if you enabled to periodically save EPG to disk (saves EPG data to file and loads EPG from file if you reboot so you do not have to wait for a new channel/PEG scan to restore EPG data).

hi, i don't speak very well english so information was minimal ;)

when i'm log in web interface i don have these information too :(
i'm using this card http://www.technotrend.eu/2980/TT-budget__S2-4100.html with those drivers https://github.com/tbsdtv/linux_media/wiki
11075 is encrypted mux, but i can decryt and it works but without epg
frequency for epg was default, but now i have at 8, 14 and 20 hour.
i don used periodically save EPG, but know i'm enable it and set to 48hrs

You may have to post here some logs but you should ask some of the developers which one exactly they would need (lsusb, dmesg, tvheadend log when you tune to one of the channels of that mux, ...).
If you use a standard TV set-top-box do you see the EPG on the TV? (to exclude transmission problems)
Some tuners/cards may not report correctly or at all SNR levels, it may depend also on drivers.

I just tried 'MTV Live HD' (both SID 1 and 21) on 13.0E/11075V and the EPG is there... Do you have enabled EIT grabber? You should describe your problem more.. Perhaps, try to start with a scratch config, too.

The new descrambling info is not handled in the Kodi HTSP PVR client. Ask developers - https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.hts/issues/106

@Jaroslav Kysela can you try Comedy Central HD or family from 11075? also polsatHD from 11158 must force scan manualy, after reboot or few hours it dissapears

I don't have a time to do these tests right now. Provide '--trace tbl-eit,epg' with a comment about time where EPG is lost for your channels. https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Traces
