nobody fix official tvheadend repo builds ?
Not much can be done as only one person has access to the system & he's not available atm. I could manually push builds to bintray from doozer though but I don't like that idea.
I'm hoping once andoma adds repo support to doozer it can be switched. For now if you want deb packages you can get them from here: https://doozer.io/mpmc/tvheadend/builds

thanks for doozer repo, for me is enough, but wondering why only one person have access to system, what will be with project when he leave or dont wanna be active anymore ? tvheadend will stop development?

Sorry I could've explained it better, my apologies.
By system I meant the build system, not the actual system it's running on. This has happened before & Adam did fix it, it just took a while! I'll try and give him a poke.

You have to remember that Tvheadend is something people work on in their spare time and sometimes other things take priority. Development may slow, but I don't think it'll stop.

I tried a couple of these builds on trusty amd64. Even though both installed ok neither of them run correctly. No website on port 9981 and checking netstat showed no port was being listened to.
Is there a way to download builds from https://doozer.io/tvheadend/tvheadend/builds which tracks the master git?

You may need to disable/enable it first before it'll run, for some reason it's not correctly configured on installation.
sudo systemctl disable tvheadend sudo systemctl enable tvheadend sudo systemctl start tvheadend
Hopefully it should start working

The doozer config used in the main Tvheadend repository only runs a make command which won't output any debs. The changes to my doozer branch make it possible. I basically stole it from andoma's movian doozer config, so all credit goes to him. I'm waiting for doozer to get repo support before I make a PR.
I'm also thinking it might make more sense to have just a release and unstable suite rather than the multiple options we have now.

If you installed the doozer deb packages make sure you have dvb-apps installed & try starting it again.
If that fails try manually starting it..
sudo -u hts /usr/bin/tvheadend -c /home/hts/.hts/tvheadend
That should tell you what the problem is.
