Bug #4098
Recordings with missing files appear under "Failed Recordings", not "Removed Recordings"

Description
It is my understanding that the "Removed Recordings" tab should list recordings with missing files. However, these still appear under "Failed Recordings", so the "Removed Recordings" stays empty. See screenshot.

This makes sense indeed, even if the file was not removed by tvheadend. I'll come up with a PR later today.

I am not so sure that makes sense in all cases.. I sometimes have auto recordings which fail and the error is "file missing" and I would prefer those items to be listed under "failed recordings" because that is really what they are. Under "removed recordings" I have listed recordings which I purposely removed and their status is "file removed".
So for me it seems logical as it is -
"file removed" means it was purposely removed and should be under "removed recordings" tab.
"file missing" means the file is really missing and was not purposely removed and so probably some sort of error and should be under "failed recordings"

I frequently remove recordings, both via the Tvheadend web frontend and via Kodi. These recordings just disappear from "Finished Recordings" and don't show up anywhere else.
Recordings whose corresponding file is removed from the file system disappear from "Finished Recordings" and reappear in "Failed Recordings". (I usually move files around for archival purposes.)
I've never seen an entry in "Removed Recordings".
For me it's OK for recordings with missing files to appear under "Failed Recordings". I just don't see what "Removed Recordings" is for. Maybe it's because I've set "DVR log retention period" in DVR profiles to "On file removal".

When retention is set to "on file removal", there will be indeed no entries in the "removed recordings" list as the database entry will be deleted along with the file on disk.

Change tested with Tvheadend 4.1-2346~gc09f704~xenial:
- 'Normal' removals appear under "Removed Recordings" with a status "Completed OK".
- Recordings with removed files appear under "Removed Recordings" with a status "File missing".
Looks good for me! Thanks!
