You meed to give more info than this.
- What does the tvheadend log show when you get no signal? [Click the bar at the bottom of the webui & watch the output]
- If you login to the box via ssh & view 'dmesg' do you see any errors?
- If you restart the box & your tuner does it start working again?
- Has the channel moved muxes? Force a rescan & check to see if it appears again in the Services tab.

I have a dibcom 7000 based tuner & I've never seen it output that error. What are you running on?
If you get an error like "no input detected" after about 30 seconds that suggests there is a problem receiving the service, check your signal, cables and your local transmitter site for engineering works.

I'm using raspberry 3. It works last 6 month without problems.
I changed cables, USB port, ... I try a TV using same cable and works fine! Maybe hardware?
Can I try others things?
Regards,

Tried changing the power supply for the Pi? You can also try the stick on another PC
