On many streams you can watch the channels a few hours back so would be nice with an option to take advantage of that and use that for timeshift.

I never said it was an issue.
Timesihft works perfectly like normal TV channels do.
What i talk about is an feature to take advantage of streams that already have livestream a few hours back directly when you go to a channel. It's only possible to go back in that case if you watch in browser. So this is a feature i talk about not a bug.
