Description

For any reason I can't update from Bintrary. When I access thorught the browser it sais "Forbidden!". So can't update by the moment.

Same.. I cannot update from...

Is there a reason why you have ".work_1462836382096" folder in the path?... either way the Packages file is not being served..

it's a HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden error code.

this seems to be a 'problem' from bintray, cause a "rate-limited due to overuse". other projects got that issue, too. see https://github.com/helm/helm-classic/issues/482

i don't think, its related to #3841 "localy generated DEB", because this is just a download problem.
