Can you add option in Configuration -> Recordings -> Digital Video Recorder Profiles section in recordings profile somewhere where is Tag files with metadata Parameter, parameter to Write/Export metadata to xml tag file, xml tag file might be write/saved beside recorded video file. xml format can be like mkv tags https://matroska.org/technical/specs/tagging/example-video.html
